The CCP pass mark is 450, not 500

The Cyber AB's 2022 CCP blueprint states a passing score of 500 points. That document is superseded, and the figure is no longer current.

ISACA's CCA/CCP Exam Candidate Guide states the pass mark twice — in the Scoring Criteria section and again in Appendix A. It is 450, on a scaled range of 200 to 800.

The distinction matters because the scale is not a percentage. A scaled score converts a raw score so that different versions of the exam are comparable, so 450 out of 800 is not "56% correct". ISACA does not publish the raw-score equivalent, and anyone quoting one is inferring it.

One related point that changes how you should prepare: domain-level results are reported for information only. Scoring is based on the total number of questions answered correctly regardless of domain, so there is no per-domain hurdle to clear. The blueprint weights tell you where the questions are, not where the thresholds are.
