Paid access
Paid access is per exam. Buying access to one exam does not grant access to another.
Web purchases and App Store purchases are separate products, bought and refunded separately. A purchase made in an iOS app is handled by Apple under its own refund rules and cannot be refunded here.
Asking
Write to support@qualexam.com and say what you bought and why.
