This agreement
These terms apply when you use qualexam.com. By using it you accept them; if you do not accept them, please do not use it. “We” means Vishwen Labs (OPC) Private Limited (CIN U62011UP2026OPC250741), with its registered office at 128, Krishna Colony, Azamgarh City, Sadar, Azamgarh 276001, Uttar Pradesh, India.
The refund policy is part of these terms. The privacy policy explains how we handle your information.
The service
QualExam provides study material for professional exams, organized per exam: lessons, practice questions, flashcards, mock exams and progress tracking. Some of it is free; the rest needs paid access to that exam.
We keep improving the material, so lessons, questions and features change over time.
Your account
You must be 18 or over to create an account.
An account is for one person. Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account, and should tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.
Use an email address you can receive mail at: sign-in links and notices about your account go there.
Paid access
Access is sold per exam: buying one exam includes no other. Each purchase is a single payment for 30 or 365 days of access to that exam. Nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel. Buying again extends your access from where it ends.
Prices are shown before you pay, and tax is added at checkout where it applies.
You buy from Dodo Payments, our reseller and the merchant of record, which takes the payment, issues the receipt and handles tax; its own terms apply to the payment. We provide the access you buy.
Refunds follow the refund policy.
Using the material
You may use the material for your own study while your access lasts.
Do not share your account or let anyone else use it.
Do not copy, publish, sell or share our questions, explanations, lessons or flashcards, beyond short extracts in your own notes.
Do not use bots, scrapers or scripts to reach or extract the content.
Do not interfere with the site, test its security without our written permission, or try to reach other people’s accounts.
Do not use the site for anything unlawful.
If you break these rules we may suspend or close your account, and access lost that way is not refunded.
Who owns the content
The material on QualExam is ours or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright. Paid access gives you a personal license, which cannot be transferred, to use it for your own study; it does not give you ownership.
Our questions are original: written for QualExam to match the certifying body’s published outline, not taken from real exams.
Exam names and marks belong to their owners, and appear here only to identify the exams we prepare people for.
No guarantee of a result
This is study material. It does not guarantee a pass, and no preparation provider can. Requirements are set by the certifying body and can change without notice — always confirm current rules against the body’s own documents before you book.
We check the material against the certifying body’s published documents and correct errors when we find them, but we cannot promise it is free of errors or always current. The site is provided as it is and as available.
Independence
QualExam is published by Vishwen Labs (OPC) Private Limited. It is an independent study resource with no affiliation to any certifying body, and it certifies nobody.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that the law does not allow to be limited, or your rights as a consumer.
Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for exam results or decisions you make using the material, or for interruptions caused by services outside our control. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. That removes your data as the privacy policy describes and ends any paid access at once. Deleting is not a refund, so ask for any refund first.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
If we stop offering an exam, we will tell everyone with paid access to it at least 30 days before, and refund the unused part of their access.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from them or from your use of the site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If a change matters, we will email account holders before it takes effect. Using the site after that means you accept the updated terms.
